There is 5 different types of crates and all of them are locates in /warp crates.

The crates are common, uncommon, rare, epic and legendary.

Common Crate

To open a common crate you need a common key. You can get common keys from fishing, fragments from fragment minecrates and voting, you can find the voting links on Airidale's website or you can use the command /vote in game for the links. You can craft keys using key fragments.

Uncommon Crate

To open an uncommon crate you need an uncommon key. You can get uncommon keys from fishing and fragments from fragment minecrates and common crates. You can craft keys using key fragments.

Rare Crate

To open a rare crate you need a rare key. You can get rare keys from fishing and fragments from fragment minecrates, common crates and uncommon crates. You can also craft keys using key fragments.

Epic Crate

To open an epic crate you need an epic key. You can get epic keys from fishing and rare crate, and fragments from fragment minecrates and uncommon crates. You can craft keys using key fragments. 

Legendary Crate

To open a legendary crate you need a legendary key. You can get legendary keys from fishing, epic crate and legendary crate, and fragments from fragment minecrates. You can craft keys using key fragments.

Vote Party Crate

To open a vote party crate you need a vote party key. You can get vote party key from voting. You need to vote at least once a day to make sure you get a key when he Vote Party happens. To check if you have a VP key, you can just right click on the crate to try to open it or do /keys and see what virtual keys you have.
